Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing and using the Beehiveframesuit website (the "Site") and engaging our interior design services (the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Beehiveframesuit ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and Services immediately.

Services Description

Beehiveframesuit provides professional interior design services including concept design, space planning, project management, furniture and decor sourcing, home improvement consultations, and styling services (the "Services"). All Services are provided as described on our website and as detailed in individual service agreements or proposals.

Engagement and Quotation

All quotations provided by Beehiveframesuit are estimates based on information provided by the client and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. A detailed quotation does not constitute an offer to provide services; engagement occurs only when Beehiveframesuit provides written confirmation of engagement. Prices are subject to change if project scope, timeline, or specifications change after quotation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon engagement, with the balance due upon project completion. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Jamaican law, whichever is lower. Beehiveframesuit reserves the right to suspend services if payment is more than 14 days overdue.

Scope of Work

The scope of work is defined in the signed engagement agreement or proposal. Any work outside the defined scope constitutes additional services and will be billed separately. Beehiveframesuit is not responsible for requests or changes to scope made verbally or informally; all change requests must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, mood boards, floor plans, color schemes, and other deliverables created by Beehiveframesuit ("Work Product") are the intellectual property of Beehiveframesuit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use the Work Product solely for the intended design project. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use the Work Product for any other purpose without express written consent from Beehiveframesuit.

Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to factors beyond our control, including contractor availability, supply chain delays, weather conditions, and client-provided changes or approvals. Beehiveframesuit will use reasonable efforts to meet proposed timelines but does not guarantee completion by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing with penalties or incentives specified.

Liability and Disclaimer

Beehiveframesuit' liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the Services in question. Beehiveframesuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Contractor and Third-Party Services

Beehiveframesuit may coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other third-party service providers to deliver Services. While Beehiveframesuit will exercise reasonable care in selecting partners, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of third parties. Clients are advised to maintain direct communication with contractors regarding their work and to address concerns with Beehiveframesuit promptly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their space, budget, and preferences; securing necessary approvals or permits; and maintaining clear communication with Beehiveframesuit throughout the project. Delays or inaccuracies resulting from client non-cooperation may result in additional fees or timeline extensions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of Services must be provided in writing. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law. If Services are cancelled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date plus any non-cancellable commitments made on behalf of the client. Refunds for unused services may be considered at Beehiveframesuit' discretion and are subject to deduction of costs incurred.

Warranties and Guarantees

Beehiveframesuit warrants that it will perform Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee client satisfaction or that completed work will meet all expectations, as design is subjective. Warranty for Services is limited to correction of deficiencies directly caused by Beehiveframesuit' error within 30 days of project completion.

Website Terms and Conditions

Your use of the Beehiveframesuit website is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or malware, to interfere with Site operation, or to attempt unauthorized access. Beehiveframesuit reserves the right to refuse service, remove content, and terminate access at any time.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and all Services provided by Beehiveframesuit are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beehiveframesuit, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms

Beehiveframesuit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services following modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
